The secret of happiness

Yesterday, a friend talked to me about happiness and relaxation. He asked me what was the most relaxing moment daily. I told him that sleeping was the most relaxing time daily. He smiled and told me the following:
The most relaxing moment actually is when I pass motion in the toilet.
I agreed after some deep thought.
As you know we feel relieved after answering the natural call [ pass motion ]. We will react to this honest signal and act immediately without further delay. Can we control it?
We know how to let go, am I right? It shows that we want to let go. Sometimes we find it quite hard to let go because of drinking insufficient water. How we feel when we find difficulty for that sometimes?
Our body will not let go everything, it absorbs good things, so that our body can function properly.
We can learn few things from these.
Let go all bad hahits, selfishness, laziness , worries and others. We will feel relieved for that.
Keep good habits, good deeds, helpfulness,honesty and others.
This is my little thoughts for today. What is your thinking about that?
